- Charles Robert Buxton During this time of the year, lots of agents ask me if I work in the snow (rain, during the holidays, ect). It's not uncommon for there to be poor weather during the months of November to March.
My reply is always the same, "It depends on how much I need the money." I remember during my first year of sales, it was so cold and snowy outside that I couldn't hardly drive up the streets. I remember thinking to myself "this sucks!" However, I really had no choice. My bank account was low and I needed the money so I worked anyways. I think all too often we searched high and low for reasons of why we cannot go out and sell. This is backwards thinking. We should be looking for every reason TO go out and sell.
