Step 1: Commit
The first step in getting started is to commit. You cant make this career work if you have one foot in and one foot out. Decide today that you are going to sell final expense and be AWESOME at it.

Step 3: Get licensed (est. 2-4 weeks)
It might feel a little overwhelming but getting your life license is simple and easy. Every state has different but for the most part the steps are the same. I would recommend visiting the HowToGetYourInsuranceLicense.com. It is a step-by-step guild on how to get licensed in each state.
Step 4: Complete Contracting Paperwork (est. 1-2 hours)
Once you are licensed it's time to complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training and get contracted with your company (ies). Contact us to help you know which companies provide the BEST opportunities.
Step 5: Start Sales Script Memorization (est. 4-5 hrs)
Now the fun begins! You need to memorize the sales scripts WORD FOR WORD and with Nudist Colony Confidence™ so you know what to say when presenting. DO NOT assume you can wing it. Step 6: Organize Sales Territory (est. 2-3 hrs)
Decide where you want to work. Use the training provided in your membership to show you step-by-step how to SKILLFULLY map out your territory. You are going to need an area that supports at least 300 leads a quarter. Click HERE to learn more.
Step 7: Create Lead Budget/Credit Account (est. 1-2 hrs)
Leads cost money. Make sure you set up a budget and find a way to finance the leads. Most agents us cash, credit, or a company financed lead program. Click HERE to learn more.
Step 8: Initiate Lead Order Sequence (est. 1 hr)
Time to pull the trigger and order your leads. Find the mail house that is right for you. Some charge per lead while other charge per mailing. We will help you navigate through this BIG decision. Click HERE to learn more.
Step 9: Continue Sales Script Training
Keep studying your sales materials while you are waiting for your leads to come in. The more perfected yours sales talk is... The quicker you will make money when your leads start coming in.
Step 10: Learn Company Process and Paperwork (est. 1-2 hrs)
Practice filling out an insurance application, get the personal health interview (PHI) phone number, and become familiar with company procedure. Your manager should help you through this or consult the company Agent Guide.
Step 11: Organize Prospecting Plan
