    This is the number of leads you received a 'Yes' or 'No' answer. Thinkers, 'comeback later', and 'maybe' ALL COUNT AS 'NO'!
    This is the number times you sat down with a prospect and presented to them. You MUST provide a quote for it to count.
    Number of applications sold
    Total monthly premium
    Number of times you asked ANYBODY for referrals.
    Number of referrals received because you took the time to ask. Jared's record is 25 in one day. Can you beat it?
    Number of leads you took or purchased this week.
    This is premium per lead. Simple take your total annual premium sold and divide it by the number of leads you took that week. ($3,000 / 25 leads=$120) $90+ PPL is GREAT! $70-$90 PPL is ACCEPTABLE Less than $70 NEEDS ATTENTION
    Total lead debt you own the agency. You MUST check this weekly on the company website to make sure you have it under control. Less than $2,500= 35% withholding (Green Light) $2,500-$5,000= 50% withholding (Yellow Light) $5,000+=100% until under control again (Red Light)
