Should I Drop?
The answer is simple... It depends on how many leads you want to work every month.
There are a few things that you need to take into consideration when doing mail drops.
How many potentials do you have in an area? (Check with your list provider)
What is your response rate? (Once again check with your list provider or your past experience will reveil this too)
The answers to these question will tell you how many to drop. For example, I am working XYZ territory and there are 10,000 potentials. If my response rate is 1% and I want to work 100 leads this month... I should drop the entire 10,000 potentials. (10,000 x .01= 100 leads).
The biggest problem with mail drops is the resonse rate. If it isnt big enough then you spending a lot of money to generate mail leads.
